Having 1099 and W2 I was trying to do myself tax return with Turbo tax and was totally confused with so many questions to answer. Although with busy tax season, when I called Silpa she was able to accommodate my appointment on the same day I called her. Silpa was very professional on her work, She went through my papers and within an hour time she was able to file my Tax returns. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Tax Expert Silpa (from SNP Tax & Financials) for 3 main reasons:
1. She was readily approachable by phone/email and promptly answered all my questions.
2. She is very knowledgeable and meticulous in her craft -- she identified key deductions applicable to my case that helped me maximize my refunds. I had tried TurboTax before approaching her, but the refunds were much lower there.
3. I requested her service quite late (only a week before the deadline), she still offered me a good discount, unlike the other Tax Experts in Bay Area who were quoting unreasonably high fees because of the approaching deadline.
